In order to easily explore the tourist sites of Upper Normandy, we recommend reaching us by a car.
If you prefer to use the train, get off at the Rouen Rive Droite Station, take the Metro towards “Boulingrin" and get off at the next stop “Beauvoisine”, then take the exit “Rue Louis Ricard”, get on the bus 20 towards "Le Chapître" and get off at the bus stop "Hauts Grigneaux". Continue to the roundabout and take the first exit on the right. On the road, turn left and find us right after the sign "Saint Martin du Vivier".

Saint Martin du Vivier is a town with a large residential area consisting of houses with gardens. It is located 4.4 km from Rouen, the pearl of Normandy, one of the most important cities in France. Rich in museums, gothic monuments, churches and abbeys, Rouen has a charming old town with many medieval houses.
Our central location will give you the opportunity to visit the Seine valley and Upper Normandy without having to change accommodation every day.
