Our three guest rooms have been carefully renovated and tastefully furnished, each with its own private bathroom.
Every room features a unique style: Italian, romantic French, or ethnic.
We are located in Saint Martin du Vivier, just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Rouen.
Our central location allows you to explore the Seine Valley and Upper Normandy without having to change accommodation each day.
Italian dinners are available by reservation.

The hosts were very welcoming, we had a very enjoyable evening meal with them and 2 other guests. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom was superb with a lovely shower.

Double room, in Italian style, located on the GROUND FLOOR.
Furnished with family furniture. The paintings reflect the beauty of Rome and the Tuscan countryside. The sewing machine, basin, jug and bidet date back to the early twentieth century.
The private bathroom, in retro style, is directly accessible from the bedroom and has a toilet, sink, shower and bidet.

We left Rome to pursue our dream: living in an old villa in northern France, where we can welcome tourists from all over the world.
Having travelled extensively, we believe our experience allows us to offer high-quality hospitality, with charming rooms, spacious common areas for planning your trips, and a lush garden perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

We chose the name “Phoenix”, the mythical bird that rises from its ashes, because this adventure marks the beginning of a new life, full of serenity and calm.
